Eden Kinard is an Associate Attorney in the Paragould office. Her practice areas include criminal law, domestic relations, and estate planning. Eden is dedicated to serving others and brings both compassion and professionalism to her work, with a strong passion for the law and client advocacy. Eden has worked in a variety of legal settings, including state and regulatory agencies. She gained invaluable experience in criminal law while working for the Public Defender’s Office. In addition, she is a certified Domestic Relations and Probate Attorney Ad Litem and a certified Dependency and Neglect Attorney Ad Litem. Eden has a particular passion for helping families and children navigate some of the most difficult periods of their lives.
Eden is also an adjunct professor at Arkansas State University, where she teaches Agricultural Law.
Eden earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law. She later pursued and earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Agricultural and Food Law from the University of Arkansas School of Law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in History, from Arkansas State University.
