What are Stuart’s hours of operation?

Stuart will respond to new inquiries during the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday, but will work with you to schedule a consultation at your convenience.  If you are a current client, Stuart is committed to being available 24/7 to meet all your needs and answer any questions you may have throughout your legal proceedings.

How much does Stuart charge?

For criminal law, Stuart’s rates vary based on the severity of the criminal charges. However, for each charge (i.e. for all DUIs), Stuart charges a flat rate with no hidden fees or additional charges.  Family law cases are charged by the hour in 15 minute increments. 

Does Stuart practice civil law?

No.  Stuart does not try civil court cases.

Why did Stuart choose to switch to criminal defense?

After over 20 years pursuing justice for the prosecution, Stuart saw that there was a need for Criminal Defense Attorneys who would help keep their clients out of the system.  Not all defendants are guilty, and some that are guilty are just normal people who made a mistake.  Stuart is committed to providing just outcomes for defendants and providing them with the support and counsel that they need to stay OUT of the system in the future.  Stuart chose criminal defense to make a difference.
