Stuart will respond to new inquiries during the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday, but will work with you to schedule a consultation at your convenience. How much does Stuart charge?
For criminal law, Stuart’s rates vary based on the severity of the criminal charges. However, for each charge (i.e. for all DUIs), Stuart charges a flat rate with no hidden fees or additional charges. Family law cases are charged by the hour in 15 minute increments.
Does Stuart practice civil law?
No. Stuart does not try civil court cases.
